1. Who we are

PropFind ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at www.propfind.me. We provide targeted property listing pages and agent profile pages for Singapore property agents.

2. What data we collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Contact information — name, phone number, email address, when you message us via WhatsApp or email.
• Property information — address, listing details, photos, that you share with us when requesting a listing page.
• Usage data — pages visited, referrer URL, browser type, and IP address, collected automatically via server logs or analytics.
• Cookie data — see Section 6 below.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Any payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. PayNow, Stripe) subject to their own privacy policies.

3. How we use your data

• To create and deliver the listing page or agent profile you requested.
• To communicate with you about your order, updates, or renewal reminders.
• To improve the performance and content of our website.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR / PDPA)

• Contract — processing is necessary to deliver the service you engaged us for.
• Legitimate interests — operating, securing, and improving our website.
• Consent — for non-essential cookies and analytics (see Section 6).

5. Third-party services and data sharing

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log the request IP address. See Google Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you click a WhatsApp link, Meta processes data according to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting provider — our hosting platform may log server access data.

We do not use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or any advertising trackers on this site.

6. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Strictly necessary — cookies required for the website to function (e.g. consent preference storage). These are set without your prior consent.
• Analytics — currently not used. We will request your consent before activating any analytics cookies.
• Marketing — not used.

Google Fonts loaded from an external CDN may cause your browser to make a request that includes your IP address. We are evaluating self-hosting fonts to eliminate this. You may block third-party requests using your browser settings or a content blocker.

You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time using the cookie settings banner at the bottom of the page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.

7. Data retention

• Listing and agent data is retained for the duration of your active listing plus 12 months, then deleted on request.
• Communication records (WhatsApp, email) are retained for up to 3 years for business records.
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for cookies or marketing at any time.

9. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
